Heart of Costa Rica
La Matriztica is a ceremony centre based in Los Pargos, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Founded by Brad and Sarah, we offer sacred Ayahuasca ceremonies and Iboga ceremonies for small, intimate groups of up to 10 participants — held at Casa Sagrada, our private sanctuary near Nosara and Playa Negra.
Brad and Sarah have devoted their lives to this work — bridging indigenous ancestral traditions with the needs of the modern Western mind in a way that is honest, grounded, and deeply human. Every ceremony creates a container of deep safety, love and integrity where the land itself becomes part of the journey.
We work with Ayahuasca and Iboga separately, with full respect for each tradition's unique intelligence, teaching and demands on the body and spirit. We serve guests from the UK, USA, Europe and worldwide.

Conscious Medicine Mentorship
CMM is a one-month in-house ceremonial study programme based at Casa Sagrada, Guanacaste.
The programme includes accommodation, transportation, and a deep immersion in indigenous traditions, ancestral practices, modalities and rituals — diving into the study of ceremonial space.
The CMM programme is limited to two individuals per month.
